As a performer, teacher and mum myself, I have a HUGE passion GRATITUDE for early years development in the creative space!! I really wanted to create a fun, safe and completely pressure free environment while giving your little sprouts meaningful opportunities to learn and discover new and exciting lifelong skills. With being a safe space for them, it is also a relaxed, connected and safe space for you to, as parents we need that like minded connection, whilst enjoying our children and being apart of their growth! Even from the newborn stage, I know for me and many other new parents, we know getting out the house with all these new changes in our life can feel a lot, so having a safe, connected place is as much for us as it is for them. And seeing our little ones grow, move, dance, create friendships and play are just the best!!

Before creating Little Sprouts and having my son (now 1); I taught babyballet, tap and musical theatre from the ages of 6 months through to their teenage years. Seeing them develop each week was such a joy!! Knowing from their early development, these creative outlets really help them in their day to day life and furthermore into adulthood.

Alongside teaching, I have worked and still work professionally as an actress across stage and screen and within the casting space, including founding the company named: Kent Actors Connected CIC which brings together performers across Kent in a supportive and career building community. Connecting discussions, creative friendships, castings, opportunities and events throughout the UK.

Becoming a mum really gave me an even greater understanding of how important these early years are not only for children, but for us parents too.

ps; as well as my years within the industry, I originally first trained as a Sports Massage Therapist and Rehabilitation Specialist. Which brings a whole other facet to building a strong foundation to ourselves and our children!
